Please note that orders will take 3-5 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, please allow 5-8 business days for delivery if you are inside of Australia & New Zealand. These timings are guidelines only and we are currently seeing instances where there may be possible further delays due to increased demand on our delivery partners, bad weathers or other incidents.
The shipping will be delivered By international Express DPEX-Toll(Tracking number start with 555xxxx, Toll Australia Contact Number: 13 15 31 if you need your parcel urgent) EMS, Post, Express DHL, Express FedEx, Express TNT, During the pandemic period, all the above-mentioned carriers have similar delivery times.
Each order processing time will be in 2-5 business days. Delivery usually within 8-12 business days to major cities around the world. Please allow us a few days extra for orders to rural areas.
Tracking information is usually available 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. A tracking number is provided for each order in the dispatch notification e-mail as well as in the order history under My Account. You can track your order on the courier's website by click the tracking number link.
In the unlikely chance that you do not receive your order within two weeks after the expected delivery date, it may be because the,Bad Weather, or postman has forgotten to leave a note to inform you to collect the undelivered parcel at the post office or newsagent. Thus, please first double-check with the carrier website to help with your tracking number. If there is still no sign of the shipment, you are welcome to contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will check with the shipping partner reply to you as soon as we can.
In case of a confirmed lost shipment from the shipping partner, we will refund the total product price to your original payment account, or arrange to ship out a new parcel.
We are not responsible for refunds if the courier’s official website states that the parcel has been delivered at shipping address. All Best Beauty reserves the right of final decisions to all terms and conditions.
Split Shipments
If your order contains more than one product or contains Fragrance products, we may ship them in separate parcels so that they may arrive at different times. You can track the shipping status with multi-tracking numbers for multiple items in one purchase. Please email us if you have any enquiries relating to your shipment.

Important Notice
Due to the availability of international flights. Your orders will be fulfilled from our warehouse in Hong Kong, Perth Australia. It doesn't matter where your order will be fulfilled, the authenticity is no doubt. You can always choose to return and get your full refunds within 60days as long as the returning products are still in its original conditions. Each of your purchases will be protected by Australian law.
Please send your shipment enquiry within 60 days of the purchase order placed. We will attempt to follow up with any requests received within that time frame, but in most cases, the courier will not be able to provide information for follow-up. In such circumstances, no refunds will be arranged.
