Refund policy
All Best Beauty provides the best products and service to all our customers. We guarantee a money-back refund without any questions as long as the items are returned in their original condition. Please return the items to us for a 100% refund within 60 days from the dispatch date.
All Best Beauty reserves the right to refuse any items as a return under the following conditions:
- any opened or used or broken products
- Products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable
- Returns made 60 days after the dispatch date
- The refund process may take up to 15 business days after we receive the returned item.
Wrong Products Received
We double-check all orders before shipping them. But if an incorrect item was received, please contact us with the wrong item photos and your order number for organising the exchange. Please return the incorrect item to us in its original condition, along with the original delivery note. The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Please contact us for details.
Wrong Products Ordered
If you have ordered the wrong product, you can still return it to us for a full refund. Please note that the items must be in their original condition and remain unopened and unused. If there is any defect in the product customers receive, then it can be returned to us for a refund within 60 days of the dispatch date.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. Please note that we will not bear the cost of return shipping.
Change of Mind
Currently, we do not offer item exchanges. Alternatively, you can return the purchased item within 60 days and place a new order. Please note that we will not bear the cost of return shipping.
Fraudulent Charge-Back Claims
Unfortunately, due to the increasing activity of fraudulent charge-back claims, customers acknowledge that 'proof of delivery' provided by the logistics agent shall confirm the fulfilment of the product. We can no longer accept delivery to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. As we already offer refunds, we consider charge-back claims seriously. All Best Beauty reserves its rights to challenge charge-back claims, re-issue invoices for charge-back debt recovery and engage the services of debt collection agencies at the offending customer's expense.
